Homeowners- Please take note of the assessment report filed regarding association sod, trees and shrubs by Tru-Green Fertilizer and Pest control. With the lack of rain and one of the worst seasons for chinch bugs invasions it is a never ending battle fighting irrigation issues as well insect damage.
Please notify the association or our Property Manager with any landscaping or irrigation concern.
Site review: With no rain and limited irrigation times, it was very dry in a lot of areas. Mostly just dry but some potential/probable chinch bug areas that are noted and will receive a service call within 48 hours. Some tree and shrub issues as well. All areas will be monitored and checked again at the end of the week.
